HOUSE RULES: - Please review the house rules posted on our listing page before your arrival. We kindly ask that you respect our home and our neighbors by following these rules. - No loud noise after 9 pm. Parties and/or events of any kind are strictly prohibited at the property. - We have a VERY STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY inside the home. If there is any violation of this policy, the guest will be charged a $750 Smoke Odor Removal Fee. Smoking is allowed outside, but a fee will be charged for cigarette butts or waste found around the property. - In an effort to respect our home and policies, please ensure the only persons on the property are the ones included in your reservation. No overnight visitors are allowed during your stay unless permission is granted otherwise. At no point should the number of guests exceed the recommended occupancy of the unit since doing so is a violation of the house rules and the fire code. - Please do not loose the remote, you will be charged $500 for a lost remote. - Please let us know of any damages incurred to the property by you prior to check-out so that we can fix that.
